Pacifik (The Pacific) - Blu-ray 6BD

Executive producers Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg bring you The Pacific, a series that follows the real-life journey of three U.S. Marines - Robert Leckie, Eugene Sledge and John Basilone - through the unforgiving stage of the Pacific Theater during World War II.
The series follows these men and their shipmates from their first battle with the Japanese at Guadalcanal, through the rain forests of Cape Gloucester and Fort Peleliu, across the bloody sands of Iwo Jima, through the horrors of Okinawa, and on to their triumphant but uneasy return home after Japan's surrender
