The hero is a former police officer John Hatcher, a specialist in fighting drug traffickers, disgusted with life and his job, full of brutality and death. Neither his boss nor the attempts of the traffickers to force drugs on the young girls he witnesses will deter him from his intention to quit his futile struggle against evil.
Soon, however, he becomes embroiled in a gang war between Jamaican and Colombian traffickers, and he and his family are targeted by Jamaican gangsters. John must make a choice, and his choice is to fight.
