The Incredibles 2 sees the return of a beloved family of superheroes. However, Bob Parr and his wife Helen were once world heroes. Every day, they saved the lives of fellow citizens and fought bad guys. But fifteen years later, they are forced to assume the identity of ordinary citizens and live a normal life in the suburbs with their three children - Violet, Dash and Jack-Jack.
But Bob has an insistent urge to get back into action. The opportunity presents itself when he receives a mysterious message offering him a super-secret assignment on a remote island. This time, however, Bob will need the help of his entire Incredibles superfamily to save the world. This time Helen is the star, while Bob stays at home helping Violet and Dash cope with the everyday trappings of "normal" life. It's a difficult change for everyone, and made all the harder by the fact that no one in the family is aware of little Jack-Jack's superpowers. When a new villain shows up to carry out a diabolically ingenious plan, the family and Frosty must find a way to get back together and join forces - which is easy said and hard done, even though they're all literally amazing...
