Deep in the jungle, several bodies were discovered skinned and hanging from trees. A squad led by the experienced Major Dutch (Arnold Schwarzenegger) is dropped into this hostile territory to rescue several American soldiers from captivity. However, after a successful rescue mission, they must face a far more mysterious and dangerous enemy. The jungle turns into a trap from which there is no escape and the heroes learn for the first time what fear is. They become prey to a terrifying monster that is stronger and more dangerous than anything on Earth...
