Todd Phillips, director of The Hangover, created Due Date, sending two unlikely companions on a journey that will be as disastrous as it is instructive. Expectant father Peter Highman (Robert Downey Jr.) is looking forward to the arrival of his first child, which is due in five days. He rushes to catch a flight from Atlanta home so he can be with his wife for the birth.
