Julius Caesar - Blu-ray + DVD

A grand historical adaptation of Shakespeare's play Julius Caesar, witnessing the final days of the man who wished to become the ruler of Rome. Yet Caesar was destined never to become Emperor. In 44 BC, on the Ides of March, he was assassinated on the steps of the Senate by republicans led by Brutus (Jason Robards), Cassius, and Casca.

However, Caesar's most powerful ally and friend, Mark Antony (Charlton Heston), swears vengeance against the murderers during his funeral oration over Caesar's body and drives them from the city. Together with Caesar's heir, Octavius (Richard Chamberlain), he declares an unrelenting war on the conspirators.
