Part of an elite U.S. Army unit is sent to Mogadishu, Somalia, in 1993 to be part of a United Nations peacekeeping operation. The mission is to kidnap several senior officers of the Somali dictator. It is part of a strategic plan to quell the civil war raging across the country. But the seemingly safely planned mission takes a wrong turn.
