Sheen (TV's Two and a Half Men, TV's Anger Management) portrays a former Naval Air Force pilot who reluctantly embarks on a top-secret mission that finds him facing an incompetent admiral (Lloyd Bridges), a squadron of bumbling or half-blind airmen, and a fierce battle with the unit's most decorated soldier (Cary Elwes) for the heart of a voluptuous psychiatrist (Valeria Golino)!
