Standing in the sleepy town of Newton Haven, this pub is only interesting because it's supposed to be the destination of a very adventurous beer marathon by five friends. They tried to 'run it' years ago, but back then the 12 beers - 12 pubs - 1 night pace was too frantic for them. Then fate took them in all directions before Gary (Simon Pegg), who has never achieved anything in his life, decided he could at least complete the legendary Newton Haven pub crawl. He convinces the other cronies (Nick Frost, Paddy Considine, Martin Freeman, Eddie Marsan) and together they head home to become immortal after all these years. But Newton Haven doesn't exactly welcome them with open arms. It only takes the first few beers and a few very bizarre incidents to make them realise that something or someone stinks in this town. Suddenly, they're not just fighting for the success of their next beer, they're fighting for their own necks. The journey to the pub at the End of the World suddenly seems much more challenging than they expected. But would you give up if you were to fulfil a dream from your youth? And inadvertently save all of humanity in the process.
