Comedy-detective series about a research laboratory of Czechoslovak experts on paranormal phenomena. David has only one task: to investigate paranormal cases. But he doesn't want to and doesn't believe in the paranormal anyway. He prefers to sit in the comfort of his office, pretending to work on researching satanic references in Western music and enjoying listening to ellipses that no one else in the country has. But the director of the Institute of Paranormal Phenomena, his superior, puts a new, over-motivated colleague, Vojta, in his office. This mismatched pair has no choice but to work together to investigate bizarre cases that all other security forces in the state are short on. And not to make things too easy for her, a pair of StB agents - the tough agent Snížková and the sweetheart Hora - are constantly breathing down her neck...
