Also known as "Saint" Simon because he invents false identities named after Catholic saints for his actions, he is one of the most successful thieves. Slick, noble and a master of disguise, Simon can outwit the police time and time again.
For his next "job" he is hired by the Russian mafia - to steal the formula for cold fusion energy from scientist Emma Russell (Elisabeth Shue). But Emma is even more charming than Simon himself, and manages to steal the heart of an otherwise cold thief.
