Spider-Man: Homecoming follows young Peter Parker / Spider-Man (Tom Holland), who, after his spectacular debut in Captain America: Civil War, begins to embrace his newfound identity as a web-slinging superhero. Thrilled by his experiences with the Avengers, Peter returns home to live with his Aunt May (Marisa Tomei) under the watchful eye of his new mentor Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.). Peter tries to return to his normal life, but his desire to prove that Spider-Man is capable of much more than he has dared so far makes that difficult.
