He, Quinn Harris, is a slightly shabby small‑plane pilot who has chosen voluntary lifetime exile in the tropical paradise of Pacific islands. She, Robin Monroe, is a high‑strung New York women’s magazine editor who takes a week off with her fiancé to enjoy her dream vacation — except for one complication. She must oversee a photoshoot for her magazine that’s happening “nearby” on one of the Pacific islands, so she hires Quinn and his plane. A banal flight over the blue Pacific suddenly turns into a dangerous drama when a tropical storm strikes.
