Robin Hood (Disney) - DVD

In Disney’s classic adaptation of Alexandre Dumas’ tale, the animal kingdom is home to the clever fox Robin Hood (voiced by Brian Bedford), who, along with his bear friend Little John (Phil Harris), leads a merry band of outlaws against the greedy and villainous lion Prince John (Peter Ustinov). Also in the mix are the lovely vixen Maid Marian (Monica Evans), the scheming wolf Sheriff of Nottingham (Pat Buttram), and the singing rooster and storyteller Alan-a-Dale (Roger Miller). Robin pulls off prank after prank at Prince John’s expense, winning the silver arrow for best archer—and Marian’s heart. But Prince John, aided by his slippery advisor, the snake Sir Hiss (Terry-Thomas), won’t give up so easily. He captures Robin and his merry men.
