The narrator of the intricate story revolving around the stolen big diamond is a failed boxing promoter called Turek, who got involved in the wild whirlwind of events with his accomplice Tommy by chance. The stolen diamond is to be handed over by the courier Franky Four Fingers to the American boss Avi. But other gangsters and thieves are interested in the jewel, among them the ruthless Russian killer Boris Razor, the black pawnshop operators Vincent and Solomon, and finally the ruthless gangster and organizer of illegal boxing matches, Krutak. The Irish-Gypsy boxing champion Mickey, whose strange dialect few people understand, also plays an important role in the messy game for the precious loot. Not surprisingly, with so many participants in the imaginary ring, this fight is soon not about winning, but about bare survival... Guy Ritchie's original gangster comedy with the Czech title Podfu(c)k undeniably benefits from the success of the filmmaker's previous film of the same genre, Pack Up and Get Out (1998).
