Freaky Friday (2003)
Dr. Tess Coleman (Jamie Lee Curtis) and her fifteen-year-old daughter Anna (Lindsay Lohan) do not get along very well. They disagree on clothing, hairstyles, music, and especially on the choice of partners. One Thursday evening, their mutual animosity reaches a peak: Anna is furious because she feels that her mother does not sufficiently support her music career, and Tess, a widow who is about to remarry, does not understand why Anna cannot leave her fiancé (Mark Harmon) alone for a moment. But everything changes after a minor incident at a Chinese restaurant, where mother and daughter accidentally swap fortune cookies. Friday morning is like a cold shower - Tess and Anna are horrified to discover that they have swapped bodies overnight. After a day spent in the shoes of their family rival, they both regain mutual respect.
