Our world is richer than most of us are able and willing to perceive. It looks innocent on the surface, but it is only an appearance. As long as the balance of the forces of good and evil is balanced, everything functions normally, but there are forces that seek to upset the balance. In this story, they are called demons. They are able to enter a person and take over their free will. Tomas is an exorcist, a former priest. A member of the Order, a secret organization in the womb of the Church that seeks to track down and disarm these demons. He has the methods and the means. Tomas is the executor of the will of this organization. He believes he's on the right side, even if he has his doubts about some of the customs and methods. Fate throws Alice into his path and a demon accidentally enters her. But Alice doesn't give in to it, she overcomes it. This is something that hasn't happened before. Thomas believes it's a new chance, a new weapon in an unequal fight. That's why he spares the woman and even protects her from the very organisation she's a member of. Alice herself does not know why she is in this situation. Maybe providence has plans for her, but what if the other side has plans for her?
