Jamie (Jake Gyllenhaal), after walking away from medical school, becomes a professional slacker. The only thing he's really good at is picking up women. That talent, however, requires solid persuasion skills—so Jamie gets tempted into a job as a pharmaceutical rep, selling his company's products to doctors in hopes they’ll pass them along to patients. While waiting in a doctor’s office, he sees HER—beautiful and sensual Maggie (Anne Hathaway). Setting up a date takes him just a few minutes, and about as quickly their romantic flirting ends up in bed. Maggie seems to be in a rush with everything. And with good reason—she's in the early stages of Parkinson’s disease and doesn’t have time to waste. As they begin to grow more intimate, Viagra enters the picture. Jamie isn't exactly in peak form, so Maggie suggests he try the “erection engine” his company just developed. Enriched by his own experience, Jamie starts selling the little blue pill like his life depends on it...
