Rush Hour (1998)
One keeps talking, and the other is all action! Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker mix fist fights with sharp one-liners in this fantastic comedy. A clash of cultures and two completely different personalities, two distinct police officers from two different worlds have only one thing in common. They can't stand each other. Time is running out, so they must join forces to catch the criminal, unless they kill each other first.
Rush Hour 2 (2001)
Opposites attract, and the central duo of Rush Hour 2 proves this more than well. Detective (Jackie Chan) is a precise and disciplined member of the Hong Kong police, while Detective James Carter (Chris Tucker), who is always cool and laid-back, doesn't exactly win any favor with his superiors. So it happens that these two, whose only connection might be the speed of Lee's hands and Carter's mouth, head off for a vacation in Hong Kong. But, as one might easily guess, there is no idyll to be had. A bomb explosion at the American embassy, which takes the lives of two American agents, pulls them right into the center of the action. At the same time, Ricky Tan (John Lone), the head of the local triads, Fu-Cang-Long, is confidently moving in the background.
Rush Hour 3 (2007)
When a brilliant Chinese criminal escapes to Paris, there is only one crime-fighting duo that can catch him. Chief Inspector Lee (Jackie Chan) and Detective Carter (Chris Tucker) are ready to turn the City of Lights upside down. Instead, they find themselves at the center of a battle between the French police and a Triad gang, dazzled by beautiful women. Great action and kung fu will propel you all the way to the top of the Eiffel Tower.
