For the third time, we meet CIA agent Jack Ryan (played by Harrison Ford in High Game of Patriots), who fights not only the Colombian drug mafia, but also the treachery and dishonesty of his own associates. It started with the murder of a friend of the President of the United States.
Although the crime turns out to be the work of Colombian cartel hitmen with whom the 'friend of the President' was in league, the Head of State decides to retaliate. Instructions are given to form a special undercover unit to take out the headquarters of the Colombian bosses. This is an illegal action because US military units are only allowed to operate abroad if there is a "Clear Danger".
The CIA will put Agent Clark in charge of the operation. Meanwhile, Jack Ryan is also looking into the motives for the murder. He uncovers a link to the Colombian narcotics trade and travels to Bogota to gather more information Ryan risks his life and career for the only thing he still believes in - the truth...
