Jack lives an almost perfect life except for one lingering flaw - his twin sister Jill. Every year on Thanksgiving Day, he must endure a harrowing visit from his sister, who can turn his life upside down in a matter of moments.
But when the weekend visit slowly turns into a monthly visit, the twins fight and bicker with each other as only twins can. Once it becomes clear that Jill has no plans to leave, Jack sets several plans in motion in hopes that they will help him relocate Jill to where he loves her presence most - the other side of the country.
