THE HOBBIT: THE BATTLE OF THE FIVE ARMIES (2014)
The film concludes the epic adventure of Bilbo Baggins, Thorin Pavese and a group of dwarves. When they succeeded in reclaiming their homeland in their battle against the dragon Smaug, they inadvertently unleashed a deadly force into the world. The enraged Smaug unleashes his searing wrath on the defenseless men, women and children of Lake Town. Thorin's obsession with hoarding his recovered treasure, to which he sacrifices friendship and honor despite Bilbo's best efforts, drives the Hobbit to a desperate and dangerous decision. But even greater danger awaits them. Sauron, whose actions are unknown to all but the wizard Gandalf, has secretly sent a vast army of Orcs to attack the Lonely Mountain. As the clouds of the escalating conflict recede, the Dwarves, Elves and Men are faced with the choice of uniting or being destroyed.
