The second season of the American post-apocalyptic drama series Fallout premiered on December 16, 2025, on Amazon Prime Video and continues the story of a world devastated by nuclear war, set more than two centuries after the Great War of 2077.

Based on the iconic video game series created by Tim Cain and Leonard Boyarsky, the show follows survivors who leave the safety of underground vaults to venture into the radioactive wastelands of post-nuclear America, facing harsh environmental conditions, new threats, and complex political and moral challenges.

In the second season, the setting shifts to the legendary New Vegas, known from the game Fallout: New Vegas, and follows the further adventures of main characters including Lucy MacLean, her companion The Ghoul, and Maximus, as they struggle to survive in a lawless world, encounter new factions, uncover secrets from the past, and navigate moral dilemmas and life-or-death decisions.

Featuring both returning and new cast members such as Ella Purnell, Aaron Moten, Walton Goggins, and Kyle MacLachlan, the season delivers a blend of action, suspense, dark humor, and powerful emotional moments across the expansive and unforgiving Wasteland.
