For the first time ever, the emoji in the film will take you to the secret world inside your mobile phone. Hidden inside the text messaging app is Textopolis, a lush metropolis where your favourite Emoji live in the hope that one day they'll make it into a message. Each of the Emoji has only one expression, except for a smiley named Gene, who has a multi-sense expression. That's a problem, though, so Gene decides to become "normal." He gets a helping hand from Hi-5 and the infamous hacker Jailbreak. Together they embark on a journey through the apps, which are each their own fun world, to find the Code that can fix Gene. But the whole mobile world is in great danger, and only this trio can save the world of smileys before it's wiped out for good...
