Two 10-year-old boys, Travis (James Freedson-Jackson) and Harrison (Hays Wellford), find an abandoned police car with the keys in the ignition. They decide to go for an adventurous drive and have a lot of fun with the car. But it all goes wrong when small-town sheriff Kretzer (Kevin Bacon) starts looking for his missing car, which holds a secret. The confused boys suddenly find themselves at the centre of a deadly game of cat and mouse...
