The nimble squirrels Alvin, Simon and Theodore are back! And as always they are full of energy, songs and above all absolutely crazy ideas. Their new fourth story begins in the traditional way: with a big misunderstanding. Alvin, Simon and Theodore suspect that Dave, their great human friend and protector, wants to propose to his girlfriend.
And with this wedding, they gain one absolutely horrible, insufferable, outcast brother, Miles, plus Dave may end up leaving them altogether. This proposal is due to take place in three days' time in Miami, and so our furry heroes have very little time and even more miles to go to prevent this absolutely horrible disaster. Although the Chipmunks always try to do the right thing, they end up doing it in the worst way imaginable.
After all, right from the beginning of their quest, they have a very angry on-board detective from the plane on their tail because they wanted to do the right thing. Which means they freed all the pets they were carrying and let them out of the baggage compartment among the passengers. In flight. Whatever. And so now you can look forward to an absolutely insane ride packed with a plethora of jokes and a whole lot of that real furry chipmunk music...
