Alice Kingsleigh took over the trade from her father and spent her last few years on the wild waves of the world's oceans as a sailor.
On her return to London, she discovers a magic mirror through which she is transported back to a fantastic Wonderland, where she is reunited with her old friends: the White Rabbit, the house-elf Absolem, the cat Slipper and the mischievous Hatter, who is not himself.
Hatter has lost his temper, so the White Queen Mirana sends Alice to borrow the Chronosphere, the metal sphere inside the Great Clock that sets all time.
