When Lucy (Scarlett Johansson) gets involved in the drug trade for her boyfriend, she finds herself held hostage by the heartless Mr. Jang (Choi Min Sik). The criminals sew a package filled with a powerful synthetic drug into her stomach to smuggle across the border.
